Marriage Records Request
The cost to purchase a Marriage License is $5.00 for the first copy and $3.00 for each additional copy.
To obtain a copy of a marriage license filed in Broward County, Florida, submit the following information:
- Names of both parties (spouse 1 and spouse 2) at the time of application
- Date of marriage
NOTE: The marriage license division can only assist you with Marriage Licenses filed in Broward County, Florida
