Please note that we are experiencing longer than normal wait times due to a high volume of passport applications. We understand waiting in line for extended periods of time is not preferred. However, our clerks are working hard to get each customer processed as quickly as possible. Therefore, while our business hours remain the same, i.e., 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, we reserve the option of closing off the line as early as 1:00 pm to ensure that each customer in line receives service by 4:30 pm.
